STATEMENT

HT Thrive was founded by two visionary women whose personal experiences as migrants, parents and dedicated community advocates revealed systemic barriers hindering the full integration and success of many in Australia. Their mission was ignited by compelling evidence that migrants and linguistically diverse groups face significant challenges in accessing culturally appropriate health and social services

Youth Conference

Research highlights a critical lack of targeted support for migrant youth, leaving many to struggle with identity, educational disengagement and limited employment opportunities. For instance, a 2021 report by Settlement Services International (SSI) indicates that while initial settlement services are generally effective, long term integration programs often fall short, leaving communities without the sustained support necessary for long-term success.
